Description: UPPER LEVEL: This a beautifully appointed home located on a quiet street on the east side of Pagosa Springs just 40 minutes from Wolf Creek Ski Area and walking distance of shopping and retaurants in Old Town and the Hot Springs. It has an impressive rock fireplace (firewood provided), an aspen cathedral ceiling, lots of windows and many southwestern touches. There are mountain views from the living room, dinning room, upstairs loft and wrap around deck, which includes a gas grill.
Sleeping accommodations include 2 queen beds and 2 sets of bunk beds, singles on top and doubles on bottom. Full size washer/dryer off kitchen.
May be combined with lower level for large groups.
No smoking!! But pets welcome.
3 night minimum.
