Description: Winter Park Ranch is a peaceful community located 5.5 miles from the Winter Park Ski Area and 3 miles from downtown Winter Park.
The Whispering Moose Lodge is located in the community on a 0.85 parcel of land providing peek-a-boo views of Byers Peak.
This house has been tastefully furnished and equipped throughout its 3,536 square feet.
The focus of the upper level is the great room, comprising elevated ceiling, open-plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and access to a large south-facing deck.
The master bedroom has 1 Queen, TV and en-suite 3/4 bath incorporating a shower and Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom on this floor has 1 Queen bed, TV and en-suite 3/4 bath.
